Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Healthcare Partner to join our multisite Manchester-area hospitals team. You will support pharmacy services across Greater Manchester and Salford hospitals and travel as needed.

The role requires NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and MCA qualification, plus customer-focused experience and strict confidentiality. 40 hours per week on a 12-month FTC with Mon-Fri and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
• Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all branch processes.
• Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
• Represent Rowlands Pharmacy and engage with the community daily.

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Evidence of qualifications held will be required for the successful candidate.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
