Job summary

Diaverum is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee safe, compliant and well-managed healthcare environments across its UK estate. You will influence contractor performance, compliance, service quality and resilience, working with the Head of Facilities and a broad range of clinical and operational stakeholders.

This role requires national travel, regular attendance in the St Albans Head Office, and coordination across multiple sites to maintain high standards of safety

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, estates, property or building services support.
• Strong contractor and supplier management experience.
• Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance and maintaining compliance records.
• Experience working in a structured, policy-driven or regulated environment.
• Good understanding of facilities compliance and healthcare knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Property maintenance, repairs and building services.
• Fire safety service provision including alarms and emergency lighting.
• Domestic cleaning, grounds and related services.
• Water, electricity and gas supplier and contract management.
• Pest control and keyholding/out-of-hours access.
• Contractor mobilisation, SLAs, KPIs and audits.
• Asset registers, statutory records and audit trails.
• Facilities risk management and RAMS reviews.
