Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a customer-focused environment to ensure the UK Region meets and exceeds standards in quality, customer service, compliance, and timeliness for Multinational Accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement; socialize best practices.
  • Lead the design and continual improvement of end-to-end processes across Multinational operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support AIG Network Integration within the broader AIG Network Optimization strategy.
  • Act as the regional AIG Operations/Shared Services Relationship owner.
  • Coordinate and escalate system, operations, and service delivery issues.
  • Resolve service delivery issues by engaging with relevant parties within the AIG network.
  • Track and report on the efficiency of Multinational teams; recommend corrective actions.
  • Use analytics for operational performance measurement, benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Partner with training, quality, risk, and compliance teams to address issues, risks, and training needs.
  • Participate in system, operations, and service delivery initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in process design, implementation, and improvement within a complex, global organization.
  • Experience managing a service-oriented operational environment.
  • Insurance industry experience is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics.
  • Passion for operational excellence and change management proficiency.
