Job summary

Howden is seeking a Senior Client Services/Employee Benefits Administration professional to join its Howden Employee Benefits and Wellbeing division in London. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients and advise on UK Group Risk and Private Healthcare policies.

This role involves delivering strategic consultancy, supporting renewals and new business development with the support of pensions and international benefits colleagues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience advising or supporting clients at senior administrative level in Group Risk and Healthcare.
• Knowledge of UK Group Risk policies (Death in Service, Group Income Protection, Critical Illness) and Private Medical Insurance for SMEs.
• Experience in consultancy or senior-level administration; able to create and manipulate template reports.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and respond quickly and accurately to queries.
• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients with UK Group Risk and Healthcare focus; advise on policies and services.
• Provide technical policy advice and coordinate with colleagues for renewals, reviews, and underwriting.
• Collaborate with Multinational Client Services team to ensure timely renewals, reviews, claims and underwriting.
• Proactively develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new business proposals and referrals.
• Build knowledge of insurers’ propositions to offer appropriate advice for clients.
• Work with Howden colleagues across Health & Benefits and the wider group to drive referrals and cross-sell.
