Job summary

Howden UK Brokers is seeking a Senior Client Services/Employee Benefits Administration professional to join Howden Employee Benefits and Wellbeing. You will manage a portfolio of multinational clients and deliver market-leading benefits advice on UK Group Risk and Healthcare.

You will collaborate with specialist consultants and the Client Services team to renew, review, and underwrite processes, while developing new business opportunities across the employee benefits spectrum.

Qualifications

• Senior Client Services/EB Administration professionals aiming for consulting.
• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and develop new business.
• Knowledge of UK pensions and retirement products is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients, respond quickly and accurately.
• Build and lead relationships with multinational clients on UK Group Risk and Healthcare.
• Provide technical advice on policies, with support from colleagues.
• Coordinate renewal, reviews and medical underwriting with the team.
• Develop external relationships with clients, prospects and insurers.
• Know insurer propositions to advise appropriately.
• Collaborate across Health & Benefits and the wider group to generate referrals and new business proposals.
