The role
The FT is looking for a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Producer on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Working closely with the Explainers Editor, as well as reporters, designers, the social media and video teams, and editors across the newsroom, you’ll produce and edit short-form videos that appear on FT.com, YouTube, and social media. This includes creating visually compelling motion graphics and clear, audience-focused storytelling.
You’ll play a key role in developing engaging, high-quality video content that helps our global audience make sense of the world.
We’re looking for someone who can think editorially and visually — who can make our content stand out, clarify complex topics, and stay true to the FT’s brand and journalistic values. And we are looking for someone who understands how to engage a younger cohort.
