Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer with a strong background in video animation, graphic design, and 3D design to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content that brings our brand, products, and community experiences to life across digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Video & Motion Graphics: Create animated videos, trailers, promotional, explainer videos, and motion graphics for product launches, events, and community engagement; design animations that align with our brand voice and Web3 aesthetic
• Graphic Design: Develop marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, events collateral, presentations, and branding materials
• 3D Design: Develop 3D assets such as animations, graphic design assets, and reusable templates for use in marketing material
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design visual content; stay current with trends in Web3, digital art, and multimedia; identify opportunities to integrate new tools into design workflows; maintain transparency in workflow and updates

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video animation, Generative AI and 3D design
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Figma
  • AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway)
  • 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) (a plus)
  • Project management (Airtable, Notion, Trello) (a plus)
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid portfolio showcasing animation, graphic, and 3D design work
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and Web3 or willingness to learn
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously seeks to improve skills through self-directed learning, experimentation, or feedback
• Open-minded and adaptable with a growth mindset; able to work across time zones
• Able to work in a European timezone
