4+ years of experience in multimedia design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.

Pay & Hours:

We offer a competitive pay of £35,000 to £40,000 for the Multimedia Designer role depending on experience. This is a full-time role, of 40 hours over 5 days per week Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with directors, marketing specialists, and other industry professionals to define project scopes and generate innovative ideas.
Understand the objectives of each project through research and brainstorming.
Create initial mock-ups and storyboards to effectively visualise concepts for both in-store print materials and digital assets.
Design and develop in-store point-of-sale materials and digital assets along with proficiency in animation and photo retouching.
Use advanced animation software and design tools to create compelling visual imagery.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
Commit to regular progress reporting and timely revisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design and advancements in media techniques.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects.
4+ years experience.
Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects & Premiere).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and demonstrate self-initiative.
