Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and talented Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design and multimedia production, with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Video Production and Editing:

• Conceptualise, create and edit compelling video for marketing campaigns, social media and events, as well as internal communications
• Develop storyboards and scripts for video content
• Ensure the content aligns with the brand identity of EthOss and the marketing objectives

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-consistent visual content that aligns with the needs of the audience.
• Create animations to enhance video content and presentations

Content Creation:

• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling content
• Assist in the development of content strategies to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia design

Requirements

Skills / experience:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and graphic design projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and multimedia production techniques

Personal requirements:

• Confident, strong communicator (both verbal and written) who can build relationships with key customers / clinicians
• Positive attitude with the desire to provide a high level of customer service
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to travel (if required)

IT skills:

• Adobe suite
• Microsoft Windows and Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel
• Experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

Travel, both in the UK and overseas, may be necessary in this role.

Attending live surgical procedures may be necessary in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
