Job summary

Michael Kors (UK) limited in London is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, and play a key role during the Legion time and attendance implementation.

You must be fluent in English and one of French, Italian, or Spanish, with prior HR Generalist/HR Advisor experience and strong data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Advisor role.
• Fluent in English and at least one of French, Italian, or Spanish.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and operational support to managers and employees across the EMEA region.
• Support onboarding, employee changes and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with data protection requirements.
• Assist with the administration and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Act as administrator for the HR information systems and maintain records.
