4Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Multilingual Data Migration Specialist for a fully remote position. The role pays £20 per hour and runs as a 12-week fixed-term temporary contract with a minimum commitment of five days per week and occasional weekend availability.

Responsibilities include cleansing customer data, performing outbound verification calls to UK and international contacts, and ensuring records are migration-ready within project deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Verify, review, and cleanse customer records in preparation for migration to a new customer management platform.
• Conduct structured outbound verification calls to UK and international customers and business contacts where additional information requires confirmation.
• Validate customer contact information, service addresses, business details, account ownership, and other operational records against established verification procedures.
• Correct, update, and standardise customer data within internal databases and CRM systems.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated records and resolve discrepancies using approved verification methods.
• Document verification outcomes accurately and maintain a complete audit trail of all record amendments.
• Process large volumes of customer records while consistently meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Escalate records requiring technical or operational review to the appropriate internal teams.
• Collaborate with migration coordinators and operational support teams to ensure records are migration-ready within project deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling customer and commercial information.

Location: Remote (UK & International Applicants Welcome)

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
