Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is seeking a Customer Support Advisor to assist players across the UK, Ireland, Europe and international markets. You will handle live chat, email and occasional outbound calls, using translation tools to support multilingual inquiries and ensure first-contact resolution.

Role includes managing LIVE KYC verifications, adapting to market requirements, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality customer support via live chat, email and phone.
Ability to adapt tone to different audiences and cultures.
Strong written English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for players across digital platforms and territories using real-time translation tools.
Communicate with players via live chat and email, with occasional outbound calls.
Switch between markets/brands as demand shifts while maintaining service standards.
Perform LIVE KYC verifications to ensure compliant onboarding.
Stay informed about products, promos and market differences.
Own escalations through to resolution and meet KPIs.
Collaborate with colleagues across locations on projects and meetings.
