A leading company in the Print & Media industry seeks a Multilingual 1st Line Customer Service Support professional. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries, utilizing your language skills, and providing top-notch customer care. The ideal candidate will be fluent in multiple languages and have 1-2 years of customer service experience, contributing to a growing team with a strong service ethos.
Due to business growth, our Oxford based client in the Print & Media Industry is looking for a Multilingual 1 st Line Customer Service Support person. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience of Customer Service. This is a multilingual role so additional language fluency is essential. Salary would be in the region of £25K plus an excellent benefits package for the right candidate.
Primary responsibilities for this role will be liaising with enquiries from clients from across Europe. Logging calls, escalating where necessary and providing solutions where possible as first point of contact.
Language Skills:
Fluency in at least 2 languages is essential with English as either a first or second language.
