A multi-award-winning university in London seeks a Multicultural Hub Advisor to support its ethnically diverse student community. The role involves providing tailored guidance, fostering inclusion, and enhancing the overall student experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in student wellbeing and a strong commitment to diversity. This is a full-time onsite role with excellent benefits and a starting salary of £30,000 per annum.

Location: Onsite full time from our Holborn campus
Hours: Primarily Monday-Friday; some evening work may be required based on business needs.

The Multicultural Hub Advisor plays a key role in cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive environment for Arden University’s ethnically diverse student community—including both international students and domestic students from ethnic minority backgrounds. This onsite role involves offering tailored guidance, connecting students to relevant university services, and fostering intercultural understanding and engagement throughout the campus.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Multicultural Hub Advisor who will demonstrate strong awareness of student experience trends and of the needs of both ethnic citizens and international students, offering expert, proactive support from pre-arrival through to graduation.
