You will create engaging copy, coordinate updates, work with external partners and ensure content is on-brand across channels. Excellent writing and organizational skills are essential.

• Experience in marketing or communications role.
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail.
• Understanding of marketing channels and how they work together.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive communicator who works with teams and external partners.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging copy for customer communications (emails, letters, mailings).
• Coordinate product updates and ensure communications are delivered on time.
• Work with external partners to support marketing activity and messaging.
• Update content across marketing channels with consistent tone and branding.
• Review customer feedback and assist with regulatory/compliance updates.
• Support the wider marketing team with day-to-day activities and projects.
