Job summary

Pitch Ltd in Solihull is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid role with 2 days in the office, joining the Group Marketing team to deliver customer communications and support product updates.

You will create engaging copy, coordinate updates, work with external partners and ensure content is on-brand across channels. Excellent writing and organizational skills are essential.

We're supporting a fantastic financial services group based in Solihull as they look to welcome a Marketing Assistant to their Group Marketing team for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer who loves getting stuck into the detail, has a flair for writing and enjoys working across a variety of marketing activities.

Joining an established and collaborative marketing team, you'll play an important role in delivering customer communications, supporting product updates and ensuring marketing content is engaging, accurate and on brand.

So, what will you be doing?

• Creating engaging copy for customer communications, including emails, direct mail and letters.
• Coordinating product updates and ensuring customer communications are delivered accurately and on time.
• Working with external partners to support marketing activity and promote key product messages.
• Supporting content updates across a range of marketing channels, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging.
• Reviewing customer feedback and helping to implement regulatory and compliance updates across marketing materials.
• Supporting the wider marketing team with day-to-day marketing activity and projects.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong copywriting skills and a great eye for detail.
• A good understanding of the different marketing channels and how they work together.
