Job summary

Cromwell Group (Holdings) Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat. You will own enquiries from start to finish, delivering accurate and caring service and helping customers find the right products.

You will work with Sales, Branch Operations and Supply Chain to keep customers informed, resolve issues and provide timely updates on orders and stock. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.

• Proactively communicate order updates, stock availability and delivery information.
• Resolve customer issues and escalates complex queries where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to achieve the best customer outcomes.
• Promote digital tools and self-service solutions to enhance the customer experience.
