Aspire People are seeking an experienced Multi-Trades Lecturer with a plumbing and/or construction specialist to teach within a Further Education setting in South Wales. This full-time role requires FE teaching experience and availability to start after half term.

You will deliver practical and theoretical lessons, support learners’ skills, prepare materials, and contribute to assessment and administration within a supportive college environment.

Formación

• Previous FE teaching experience
• Specialist knowledge of Plumbing and/or Construction

Aspire People are seeking an experienced Multi-Trades Lecturer with a specialism in Plumbing and/or Construction to teach within a Further Education setting in South Wales.

This opportunity is specifically for candidates who have already taught in Further Education. Experience within Welsh colleges is highly desirable.

The Role

• Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons in Multi-Trades
• Teach Plumbing and/or Construction-related subjects
• Support learners in developing their practical skills and industry knowledge
• Prepare learning materials and monitor learner progress
• Contribute to planning, assessment and associated administrative duties

Essential Requirements

• Previous teaching experience within Further Education
• Specialist knowledge of Plumbing and/or Construction
• Availability to start after half term
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Desirable

• Experience teaching within a Welsh Further Education college
• Relevant teaching qualification, such as a PGCE
• Relevant industry qualifications and practical experience

Please note: We are ONLY considering candidates who have previously taught in Further Education and are available to start after half term. Applications from candidates without FE teaching experience will not be suitable.
