Multi Traders

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Rate: 190 per day

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled multi trader to join our team, specializing in house renovations with a focus on basic carpentry and aspects of wet trades and making good, both internal and external. The ideal candidate will have experience in the previously mentioned skillset for a period of 2 years or longer and will have a labourer working alongside to assist with any lifting or moving of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in basic carpentry, basic roof maintenance and repair.
• Mould Prevention (Internal / External)
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete renovation projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Aware Certificate desirable (but help can be offered to obtain this)
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and own transport. (However, only expected to operate within a 2 mile radius).
