A leading provider of building repairs, planned maintenance, and improvements to some of the UK's largest properties, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Multi-Trader to join their team in Uxbridge. Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from our client.
* Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and within deadlines.
* Conduct thorough property inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.
* Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team and external contractors as needed.

Requirements:

* Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
* Proven experience carrying out all aspects of housing maintenance to a high standard.
