Job summary

R9 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a growing team delivering repairs and maintenance in social housing across Bedworth and surrounding areas.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance in tenanted properties, with duties including patch plastering, tiling, brickwork, floorboard repairs and boxing in boilers, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trader in social housing or domestic maintenance.
• Ability to carry out a range of trade skills to a high standard.
• Good customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own van or access to one.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in tenanted social housing properties.
• Patch plastering and basic brickwork as required.
• Create and finish builders' openings.
• Perform basic tiling and floorboard repairs.
• Box in boilers to a professional finish.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain safety standards.
