Job summary

Magenta Recruitment Ltd in Lowestoft is seeking Multi Traders to work on Care Home projects performing ceiling openings for Fire Stoppers and subsequent patching, filling and painting.

Typical duration is six months per project with potential for ongoing work; hours are 8am to 4pm, rate £180-£200 per day; you must have CSCS, DBS, PPE, and own vehicle with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• CSCS and DBS clearance are required.
• Own vehicle and parking on site.
• Tools and PPE are required to perform duties.

• Cut holes in ceilings for Fire Stoppers.
• Patch, fill and paint after tasks.
• Carry out works on Care Home projects in Lowestoft.

Job description

Magenta Recruitment are looking for Multi Traders to work in Lowestoft on Care Home projects.

The duties will involve cutting holes in ceilings for Fire Stoppers, Once they have completed their tasks it will need to be patched up, filled and painted.

Duration: Each project is estimated 6 months but a number of projects following so could be ongoing work.

Working hours: 8am till 4pm.

Rate is £180-£200/Day.

Required: CSCS, DBS, Tools, PPE and own vehicle (Parking on site).
