Job summary

Axis CLC is seeking a Multi Trader (Plumbing Focus) based in the United Kingdom. The role involves carrying out domestic plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installations, and a range of multi-trade tasks across properties.

You will work independently or with a team, ensuring high standards, safety, and timely completion. A driving licence is required, with progression opportunities and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Multi-Trade Operative with plumbing focus and strong domestic plumbing experience.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Experience in domestic maintenance, voids or refurbishment works.
• Experience in kitchen and bathroom installations or major repairs.
• Carpentry, tiling, plastering and decorating as supporting multi-trade tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing works, including bathroom and kitchen installations, pipework and hot/cold water systems.
• Complete repairs and installations in void properties to prepare homes for handover.
• Support kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Work on major repair and maintenance projects across properties.
• Carry out supporting multi-trade tasks (basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating).
• Collaborate with site teams to deliver jobs on time and to a high standard.

Required Skills & Experience

• Multi-Trade Operative (Plumbing Focus) with strong domestic plumbing experience.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in domestic maintenance, voids or refurbishment works.
• Experience in kitchen and bathroom installations or major repairs.
• Ability to carry out supporting multi-trade tasks, including basic carpentry, tiling, plastering and decorating.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Deliver

• Carry out supporting multi-trade tasks, including basic carpentry (first and second fix, doors, frames and kitchen-fitting support), tiling, patch plastering, making good, painting and decorating.
• Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver jobs on time and to a high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete risk assessments on all works.
