Multi-Trader

We are currently looking for Multi Traders to work on a social housing contract in the Lambeth area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.

Requirements:

1. Social housing experience
2. Trade Qualification
3. Full UK driving licence
4. Own tools
