Job Title: Multi Trader

Location: Epsom - Covering Guildford, Crawley, Redhill, Horley

Salary: £34,100

Day to Day Duties of a Multi Trader:

1. Carpentry: Skirting, hang doors
2. Plastering: Patch plastering
3. Painting and decorating: small paint jobs
4. Plumbing: Tap changes and minor plumbing repairs
5. UPVC: Repair of windows and door locks

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:

1. Social Housing Experience
2. City & Guilds / NVQ - Primary Trade
3. Driving License
