Job summary

Town and Country Housing is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Trade Operative to join our maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties, working across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, decorating and tiling.

Working with minimal supervision, you will uphold safety standards and customer service excellence, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a very high standard for our residents.

Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely and to an excellent standard, helping us provide great homes and outstanding service to our residents.
