Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Multi-trade Technician to join our Brighton (Mobile) team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, a company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance and reactive tasks across building services, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general repairs, while maintaining records and ensuring safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Experienced facility maintenance professional with FM environment experience.
• Confident communicator across levels with team focus and leadership potential.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualified with solid PC skills.

Responsibilities

Equans is looking for a Multi-trade Technician to join our team covering Brighton (Mobile). This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Carry out allocated planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule, including fire door, water hygiene (L8), and emergency lighting checks.
• Perform general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and installation of furniture/equipment.
• Maintain clean and tidy common areas, plant rooms, storerooms and undertake landscaping duties as required.
• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, attend reactive calls, and keep maintenance records up to date.
