ODS Group in Oxford is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day performance and quality of a team of tradespeople and subcontractors on construction and maintenance projects.

You will coordinate on-site resources, resolve complex issues, liaise with operational staff and customers, and ensure safe, timely completion of works while upholding policies and high standards.

Formación

• Experience in managing building repairs and maintenance.
• Experience managing a team and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and maintenance and legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day performance and quality of a team of tradespeople and Sub-Contractors.
• Liaise with operational staff and customers while coordinating across the business.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely and safe completion of works, with a focus on first-time fixes.
• Motivate the team and be accountable for meeting policies and performance standards.
• Drive up quality and customer satisfaction through effective management information and reporting.
