Peabody is hiring a Repairs and Maintenance Skills Trainer to deliver engaging lessons to apprentices in classroom, online or workplace locations. You will support learners 1-2-1, review progress, and help prepare for End Point Assessments.

You’ll design and deliver high-quality training, focusing on learner experience, attendance and outcomes, while collaborating with colleagues to ensure standards and compliance across programmes.

Formación

• Teaching qualification or willingness to train through a Level 5 apprenticeship.
• Level 2 qualification in English and Maths (or willingness to achieve).
• Experience teaching multi-trades or strong vocational experience.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and learner journeys.
• Strong teaching, coaching and assessment skills to develop learners.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to apprentices in classroom, online or in the workplace.
• Support learners 1-2-1 and review progress against individual learning plans.
• Contribute to curriculum development and End Point Assessment preparation.
• Design, deliver and support high-quality training to help apprentices succeed.
