You will deliver responsive repairs to residents across East London and Essex, performing a range of plumbing or carpentry tasks and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer care.

The role requires experience in occupied properties, strong communication, and the ability to manage workloads independently.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served Plumber or Carpenter.
• Experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Proven track record of excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage workloads independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day repairs and maintenance in residential properties.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective repair solutions.
• Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maximize first-time fix opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service during all resident interactions.
