Job summary

Niyaa People is recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to work directly with a respected housing association in Worcester. The role offers £22 per hour, 37 hours per week, with weekly pay and CIS options, and a temp-to-perm pathway toward permanent employment.

You will carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs, with plumbing as your main trade, across social housing properties in the Worcester area. A driving licence and multi-trade skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A recognised plumbing qualification.
• Strong plumbing experience as their main trade.
• Previous social housing experience.
• Experience completing reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs.
• Additional multi-trade maintenance skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs.
• Completing plumbing repairs as your main trade.
• Undertaking additional multi-trade repairs as required.
• Working across social housing properties.
• Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a good standard.
