Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a leading property maintenance company, delivering reactive maintenance and plumbing across Southampton and surrounding areas. The role includes multi-trade duties and working within occupied/void properties, with a path to permanent employment after a successful temp period.

Company van and fuel card are provided; weekly pay while temp, with long-term opportunities and a reputable employer.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous property maintenance or social housing experience preferred.
• Strong multi-trade experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs on MOD sites.
• Plumbing works including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and painting.
• Working within occupied and void properties.
• Delivering high levels of customer service.
