Job summary

ARC Group is seeking a reliable Plumber Multi Trade to cover Grantham and Melton Mowbray. The role is full time (self-employed) with a daily rate and mileage contribution.

You will undertake a range of maintenance and repair tasks in social housing, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting, and general upkeep. Ideal candidates will have multi-trade skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in occupied and void properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repairs in social housing preferred.
• Ability to perform multi-trade tasks across occupied and void properties.
• Customer-focused approach and reliable on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties.
• Perform full kitchen and bathroom fits as required.
• Carry out patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general property maintenance.
