Job summary

Service Care is recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a social housing maintenance team covering Tonbridge and surrounding areas. You will focus on plastering and making-good works within occupied and void properties.

The role requires plastering expertise, the ability to perform multi-trade repairs, and strong communication with tenants and supervisors. A full UK driving licence is preferred and a professional approach to health and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in plastering and general property maintenance.
• Competent in patch plastering, skimming and making-good works.
• Experience completing basic repairs across other trades.
• Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs, patch plastering, skimming and making-good works.
• Complete general multi-trade repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
• Undertake basic painting, decorating and minor repairs where required.
• Repair damaged walls, ceilings and internal surfaces.
• Complete responsive maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.

Multi-Trade Plasterer

Location: Tonbridge, Kent (TN9, TN10, TN11, TN12, TN15 and surrounding Maidstone areas)

Salary: £24.53 per hour

Umbrella Hours: 40 per week
