Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hours.

Your role

Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas. Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works are carried out. Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, and measurements.

What We Need from You

• Completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
• Experience as a Multi Trade Plasterer/Plumber
• Competent in all aspects of plastering and/or plumbing
• Joinery trade skills (desirable)
• Ability to carry out multi-skill trades, with experience in social housing environments (desirable)
• Driving licence is essential
• CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools
