A social housing contractor is seeking a Multi Trade Plasterer for a temporary ongoing role in Coalville. The ideal candidate will have social housing experience, a UK driving license, and must be available on short notice. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a half-hour break.

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis paying 19.77 per hour CIS or Umbrella. This will be covering Coalville postcodes. The successful Multi Trade Plasterer will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Working hours Mon - Fri 8am - 17:00pm with a half hour break

Multi Trade Plasterer Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of repairs and maintenance within social housing properties including Plastering, basic plumbing and basic carpentry, painting and decorating in both voids and occupied properties.

The Successful Multi Trade Plasterer will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Hold a Plastering qualification
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence
• A basic DBS will be required
