Overview

We are keen to recruit a Multi-Trade Plumber to work for our In-House plumbing department. This role involves carrying out plumbing repairs and planned maintenance to our housing stock within Plymouth and surrounding areas. The role may also include water hygiene compliance duties such as legionella risk assessments and planned maintenance work.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and planned maintenance to housing stock within Plymouth and surrounding areas.
  • Undertake water hygiene duties when required, including legionella risk assessments and associated planned maintenance work.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completed a recognised Plumbing Apprenticeship (preferred).
  • Experience in water hygiene and legionella control (preferred).
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload to achieve deadlines and targets.
