The Role

Employer: Purdy Contracts Ltd

Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 plus overtime

Equipment provided: Company Van (Full, Clean UK Driving Licence essential), Fuel Card, Purchase Card, Uniform, Tablet

  • Responsive Maintenance and Void Contracts: You'll be working on properties that require prompt repairs (responsive maintenance) or those that are unoccupied (void properties), ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
  • High Standard of Workmanship: Ensuring that the work carried out meets high-quality standards is a key part of the job.
  • Timeliness and Productivity: Completing tasks efficiently and on schedule is important, as these services aim to keep properties in good condition without causing long delays.
  • Customer Service: As you'll be working in homes or around tenants, providing friendly, professional, flexible and helpful service is crucial for maintaining good relationships with clients and residents.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience in working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works within the Local Authority/Social Housing sector, in occupied homes and voids, is highly valuable in this role.
