We are looking to appoint 2 suitably qualified and experienced individuals to undertake the role of multi-trade operative within our Empty Homes team.
About the role
We have vacancies within our Property Services team. This role has become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for Multi Trade Operatives - Joiner/Plumber to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering empty homes works.
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. You should be fully capable in successfully undertaking and completing all aspects of the multi-trade role. This requires the individual to be fully competent in two or more trades, to deliver all aspects of this work to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
Good knowledge of health and safety and a full UK driving licence are essential.
