Job Description:

Are you proactive, highly motivated, professional, and friendly? We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join our Empty Homes team. You will complete a variety of trades tasks to a high standard, focusing on delivering efficient repairs to Abri customers across Bracknell, Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead, and surrounding areas.

As a team player, you will carry out work and installations in Abri's properties efficiently, ensuring adherence to good building maintenance practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an achievement-oriented approach, and relevant City & Guilds or NVQ qualifications along with previous experience.

Customer service is vital; we aim to exceed expectations and provide excellent service. We will supply a uniform, van with fuel card, van vault, racking, inverter, company tablet & mobile, and PPE. You are expected to supply your own hand and power tools. Out of Hours Callouts are part of the role, so a clean driving license is essential.

Representing Abri, you will use your 'can do' attitude to deliver high-quality, 'right first time' services, being the friendly face of our organization.
