Job Title: Multiskilled Operative

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Cornwall Area.

This is a temporary role initially on an ongoing basis. Benefits include the use of a company van and fuel card. You will be paid either Umbrella CIS or PAYE at £22 per hour.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Visiting various properties to carry out responsive maintenance
2. Performing all aspects of maintenance work
3. Completing a variety of tasks across different trades
4. Driving a company van safely

Requirements:

1. Honest and reliable
2. VIVO pass would be advantageous
