Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to deliver plumbing or carpentry tasks in a dynamic environment. The position is temporary for 3 months with a pay rate of £24.56 per hour umbrella, based in Tonbridge/Maidstone areas and East London travel.

Job responsibilities

We're looking to bring on board a Multi Trade Technician specialising in Plumbing or Carpentry, who thrives in a challenging, fast paced environment. Your main base will be East London with regular travel required across East London and Essex. A company van will be provided.

You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.

What you'll have

• Experience as a Plumber or Carpenter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You'll have a one team, team spirited ethos.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT). You must also have a minimum of two years driving experience. We will undertake driving licence checks on the successful candidate as part of our standard pre-employment checks process.
