Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance across multiple trades.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Replace skirting boards, architraves, and internal door frames.
• Install and adjust kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors.
• Perform minor plumbing works and patch plastering.
• Complete wall and floor tiling repairs.
• Lay vinyl flooring.

Overview

We are currently looking for Multi Trade Operative in the Oxford area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a long term contract position, working on responsive repairs across void social housing properties.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will receive

• £180 - £200 a day
• Company van and fuel card
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be

• Carpentry including replacing skirting boards, architraves and internal door frames
• Installing and adjusting kitchen units, worktops and cupboard doors
• Minor plumbing works, patch plastering and making good, damaged walls or ceilings
• Completing wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing
• Floor laying to include vinyl flooring

As a Multi Trade Operative you will need

• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance across multiple trades (floor laying carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating)
• Full licence (no more than 6 points)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
