We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative, with a lead in carpentry/ joinery to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a variety of response and maintenance works, ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional service. While you will be working independently on-site, you are very much part of a supportive and collaborative team. We want everyone to feel part of the bigger picture and feel at home within our company.

You will be paid weekly, with a guaranteed 39 hour working week, as well as annual pay reviews.
We provide you with the opportunity to earn more with weekly bonuses based on productivity (plus call out bonuses and overtime) – role dependant.

The Multi Trade role:


Lead in carpentry/ joinery works, and a need to perform a range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Engage with residents to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
Maintain a high standard of work and customer service.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report and document completed tasks and any issues encountered.


What you will bring as a Multi Trade:


Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant response environment experience (albeit not essential)
Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
