Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to work on a Stoke-on-Trent City Council contract delivering kitchen and bathroom installations and general property maintenance across social housing.

You will fit kitchens and bathrooms, undertake carpentry and plumbing, tiling and plastering as needed, and travel between properties with your own van. Immediate start available at £200 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
• Strong background in multi-trade property maintenance.
• Own van for travelling between properties.
• CSCS card.
• Experience working in social housing or occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Fitting kitchens and bathrooms in domestic properties.
• Carrying out associated carpentry and plumbing works.
• Completing tiling, patch plastering and finishing works where required.

This Multi Trade Operative role offers consistent work across domestic properties, combining kitchen and bathroom fitting with general property maintenance.

You’ll be working for a reputable contractor on a Stoke-on-Trent City Council contract, carrying out improvements and maintenance across social housing properties. This is a great opportunity to put your skills to use in a Multi Trade Operative role with an immediate start available.

Location & travel

Based in Stoke-on-Trent, the role involves travelling between properties across the local area. Having your own van is essential. Stoke offers excellent road connections via the A500, A50 and M6, making it easily accessible from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford, Crewe and surrounding areas.
