We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, working on repairs for both void and tenanted properties. The role involves general building repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting. It is primarily lone working, with opportunities to collaborate with the wider team as needed. The role includes a company van and tools, covering areas around London.

Salary: £37,814 plus an additional policy allowance of £1,073 per annum, rising to £39,804 with an allowance of £1,130 after 12 months, subject to performance.
