Multi-Trade Operative
Stoke-on-Trent
£34,376 - £36,185 per year
40 hours per week
We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Responsive Maintenance team based in Stoke. You will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to occupied properties, ranging from a leaking tap to changing baths, changing a door handle to hanging a new door. Ideally with joinery as your core trade. The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks.
The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
