Job description

Our Amesbury team has successfully secured new works, and we are looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join us to work in Salisbury and surrounding areas. You will be part of a friendly direct trades team working within residential properties completing internal refurbishment programmes and planned works.

The Multi Trade Operative role:


Undertaking first and second fix carpentry installations, including kitchen fitting, as well as undertaking other minor works in patch plastering, tiling and painting and flooring
You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and considering their needs at all times while being able to complete your work
Yours, the team and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.


What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?


Qualified with NVQ level 2 in a trade and able to demonstrate the level of skills and experience required to be successful in the role
Previous experience working in social housing is desired
A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
Excellent communication and customer services skills, as you will sometimes be working within vulnerable settings
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Operative role
