We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing client, working in properties in Peterborough and surrounding areas. The Multi Trade Operative role:


Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day to day response team
Occasionally undertake multi trade works in void (untenanted) properties as part of the refurbishment programme.
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.


What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative:


Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Plumbing or Carpentry
Demonstrable previous experience working in a multi trade capacity in a domestic setting
Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Operative role, with the use of a company van and fuel card.
