We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing client, working in properties in Leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas. The Multi Trade Operative role:

• Successfully complete repairs and maintenance jobs within the day to day response team.
• Occasionally undertake multi trade works in void (untenanted) properties as part of the refurbishment programme.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative:

• Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Plumbing or Carpentry.
• Demonstrable previous experience working in a multi trade capacity in a domestic setting.
• Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets.
• Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Operative role, with the use of a company van and fuel card.
